June started her real estate career in 1985 in Danville, CA which was followed by years in the renovation/construction industry in both profit and non-profit sectors. Her talents and business have evolved over the years as she witnessed the increasing demands for improving clients’ real estate properties. Mary Kate Hanie is our drafter and Senior Design Consultant and an integral asset at Johnstone Development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and has worked in the design field for 15 years, specializing in Kitchen and Bath Design. With a background in Project Management and her “go-getter” spirit, there is no challenge too large for her. She is passionate about people and creating a home environment our client’s will love. Outside of work, she finds joy in family, church, creating music, and encouraging others. Her many years of experience, passion for her work, and pleasant character makes her a valuable addition to our team.
Denise joined Johnstone Development in 2018 as our Project Coordinator after years of experience in project management, customer service, and design. She oversees project design material ordering, tracking, deliveries, and inventory control. She continually researches new cutting-edge technologies and materials in our evolving design industry. Denise’s experience and passion to learn are a key component to our success.
Lisa has supported all real estate transactions for Johnstone Development since 2017. Her 15+ years of experience as a Realtor and Transaction Coordinator ensures that every transaction contract detail is meticulously covered from purchase agreement to closing. Lisa stays abreast of the ever-so-changing documents, disclosures, lender, and escrow coordination, which allows her to efficiently close on-time every time!
