Home sweet home kicked up a notch! Sellers wanted to improve their property to sell, but not remove any of the charm. By remodeling the galley kitchen, baths, and a few misc. items, the sellers were able to generate a few hundred thousand dollars in revenue on their sale (in addition to their remodel investment).
- gutted the entire kitchen leaving only the window in tack – new cabinets with LED undercounter lighting, quartz counter tops, backsplash, stainless steel appliances and hardware to match
- hall full bath was renovated as it had 4”x4” tile everywhere and was replaced with larger format tile to lighten and pen up the space. Clean white shaker cabinets, light counter and wall color keep it soft and inviting
- misc. – cleaned original hardwood floors, interior and exterior painting, baseboards, recessed lights, light fixtures, outlets/switches, front porch and refaced columns, landscaping including reviving lawn, irrigation, exterior path lighting, and mailbox
