Miracles do happen after tragedy strikes. A fire took this home from an elderly Danville couple, but not forever. We had the pleasure of rebuilding this dream home as the designer and project manager. We brought some of the owner’s Hawaii memories and their beautiful art pieces to life with much thought, research, and lighting.
- Reconfigured most of the home’s footprint and added an inside laundry mud room and half bath
- Modified kitchen with vaulted ceilings including an island and peninsula and Miele appliances
- Open concept space now encompasses the kitchen and family room
- Converted 4th bedroom to Master Bath suite with raised stone double sinks, pebble shower floors, custom vanity, and double door entry
- Moved front entry porch and roof line to acquire larger front porch entertaining space and align with new interior open concept design
- Additional full bathroom remodel with custom cabinets, tile, glass enclosure, light fixture/mirror
- Misc. – hardwood flooring, all new windows and doors, HVAC, roofing, insulation, sheetrock/texture, plumbing, painting, interior and exterior light fixtures, recessed lights, water heater, and all electrical including an upgraded electrical panel
