This Walnut Creek Rancher needed a facelift and a roof-lift! The kitchen faces the back yard and this family wanted to spend time in the kitchen and still be a part of the pool and outside activities. We vaulted the ceiling, rearranged interior walls, and added lanai glass doors to create an open concept feeling bringing the outside in.
- reconfigured kitchen footprint and added an island and two dishwashers (for their growing family)
- eliminated the formal dining room replacing with a walk-in food panty and wine bar with sink
- complete hall bathroom renovation with custom cabinets, glass enclosure and led mirror
- opened-up the living room exterior wall/added large window to see the side yard play structure
- misc – LVT and quartz slabs/porcelain and stone tile, lighting, custom cabinetry, sliding glass and pocket doors
