The staff at Johnstone Development are truly design experts. Their team is extremely easy to work with bringing so much knowledge to the table. Their in-house design team is like no other! Their services span from conceptual drawings to supervision of the final installation, making sure that your renovation is uniquely designed to suit your home, your taste, your storage needs, and your lifestyle. They have completed three home renovations for my family including a Danville Estate and two condo remodels. The Westside Danville 3 bathroom and kitchen remodel was prior to placing it on the market which tremendously increased the home’s value. The Burlingame condo remodels allowed us to vastly increase the tenant rental rates as well.
We thought we could tackle our home renovation on our own... we quickly realized we were in over our heads, so we called June to help. We are so happy we did. I have photographed many projects for Johnstone Development, both with their residential real estate listings (MLS photos) and design work (renovation/remodel photos for marketing and clients). Every home has a unique and inspiring design. I love their choices of renovation materials, cabinetry, paint colors, and craftsmanship on the remodel side and the furniture and home furnishings on the staging.
